Edinburgh Hackney Cab Trade Credit Union Limited (Register No. 114 CUS) the registered office of which is at 18 Forth Street, EDINBURGH, EH1 3LH. The grounds of the cancellation are that the credit union’s permission under Part 4A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 has been cancelled.

The credit union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered credit union, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the credit union, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
