I, Stewart MacDonald, Insolvency Practitioner (IP No 8906), of Scott-Moncrieff Restructuring & Insolvency, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NL hereby give notice that a Meeting of Creditors of the above company will be held at the Banff Springs Hotel, Golden Knowes Road, Banff, AB45 2JE on 18 January 2019 at 12.30 pm for the purposes of considering the Administrator’s Proposals and, if appropriate, approving them without modification or with modification to which the Administrator consents. The meeting may also resolve to appoint a Creditors’ Committee and may make an interim determination in respect of the amount of outlays and remuneration payable to the Administrator. Creditors, whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to attend and vote in person or by proxy providing that their claims and proxies have been submitted and accepted at the meeting or lodged beforehand at 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NL. A resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of commencement of the Administration is 14 November 2018.
