Notice is hereby given that I, Ronan Duffy , of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry BT48 0LD, was appointed Liquidator of the above named company at an adjourned meeting of creditors on 14 December 2018 which was convened under Article 84 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.

Creditors of the company are required, on or before 25 January 2019, to send their full names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to Ronan Duffy, of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry BT48 0LD, the Liquidator of the said company.

If required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, creditors must come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in the said notice or in default thereof may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
