2. The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown in whom the above property vested under common law when the Liquidator of the Company disclaimed on 28 March 2017 his interest pursuant to section 178 of the Insolvency Act 1986 hereby disclaims the Crown's title (if any) in the property the vesting of which having come to his notice on 4 October 2017.
