Notice is hereby given that on 18 December 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that CRANNOG CONSTRUCTION LTD., with its Registered Office at Flat 1/1, 104 Berryknowes Road, Glasgow, G52 2TT be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 18th December 2018 ordained the said Crannog Construction Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
