Notification of cancellation pursuant to the Act. Notice is hereby given that the Financial Conduct Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 cancelled the registration of the following societies on the dates as shown below:

Peter Tavy Community Hydropower Limited (Register No. 7167) the registered office of which is at Peter Tavy Lodge, Peter Tavy, Devon, PL19 9NP at its request.

Royal British Legion (Netley) Club Limited (Register No. 11952R) the registered office of which is at c/o Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor, Cumberland House, Southampton, SO15 2BG at its request.

each society listed above ceases to be entitled to the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
