On 19 December 2018 a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court craving the court inter alia to grant an Administration Order over Integra Energy (UK) Ltd (SC448003) Unit 7, 3 Bowerwalls Place, Barrhead, G76 1BG and to appoint Administrators with the powers contained in Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986; The Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 21 December 2018 ordained any party with an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk, Paisley within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement or to appear or be represented at a Hearing on 4 February 2019 at 10 a.m.; all of which notice is hereby given. In the meantime, the Sheriff appoints Kenneth W Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile St, Glasgow, G1 2PP, as Interim Managers of the said Company.
