TAKE NOTICE THAT a Creditor’s Bankruptcy Petition in respect of the above named Henry Aldersey Swann of 169A Kings Road, Biggin Hill, Kent TN16 3NJ was presented against you on 15 November 2018 in the Hastings County Court by FIRST ABU DHABI BANK (PJSC) of PO Box 6316, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, petitioning creditor.

The Court made an Order for Substituted Service of the Petition on 19 December 2018, which provided that advertisement of the Petition in The London Gazette, together with service at your property and previous residence, and by email, be deemed to be good and sufficient service.
