NOTICE is hereby given that CECILIA MARY BOYLE BROUGH, solicitor, of Murdoch Stewarts, Suite 4/2, 7 West George Street, judicial factor on the trust estate of CHARLOTTE MACBEATH SUTHERLAND (also known as DR. SUTHERLAND'S TRUST FOR THE POOR), has presented a petition to the Court of Session for discharge from the office of judicial factor.

Any person having an interest may lodge answers to the petition. Answers must be lodged at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within 21 days after the date of this notice.
