THE QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 22 January 2019 to confirm the grant unto Edmund Seymour Bailey, Esq., of the Office of Constable of Caernarfon Castle in the room of Anthony Charles Robert Earl of Snowdon, G.C.V.O., and to provide that Town Mayors of the Royal Town of Caernarfon successively, shall be Deputy Constables of Caernarfon Castle.
