Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that J.P. Morgan Trust Company (Cayman) Ltd. as custodian for Pragma Fund SPC on behalf of the Private Equity Segregated Portfolio (Class C) transferred 100% of the interest held by it in EQT Real Estate I (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016611 (the “Partnership”), to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as custodian for Pragma Fund SPC on behalf of the Private Equity Segregated Portfolio (Class C). As a result of such transfer, JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as custodian for Pragma Fund SPC on behalf of the Private Equity Segregated Portfolio (Class C) became a limited partner in the Partnership and J.P. Morgan Trust Company (Cayman) Ltd. as custodian for Pragma Fund SPC on behalf of the Private Equity Segregated Portfolio (Class C) ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
