Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders which will:

1. Introduce 'at any time' waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) along the following section of Swakeleys Road, Ickenham: West of the junction of Thornhill Road on the south side of the road, between where the bus stop ends outside No. 137 Swakeleys Road up to the junction of the access road front fronting Nos. 141-143 Swakeleys Road.

2. Remove No. 271 High Street, Uxbridge from the Uxbridge North Parking Management Scheme Zone U1.

3. Remove the existing Zone U7 permit holder parking place outside Nos. 1 and 2 West Common Road, Uxbridge, replace with 'at any time' waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) and loading restrictions.

4. Revise the previously proposed 'at any time' waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) in Paignton Road, Ruislip as follows:

PAIGNTON ROAD, RUISLIP

i) At the junction with Thurlstone Road, extending further on the northwest side adjacent to No. 23a Thurlstone Road.

ii) At the junction with Flamborough Road, extending further on the southeast side adjacent to No. 20a Flamborough Road.

5. Revise the previously proposed extension to the West Drayton Parking Management Zone WD5 as follows:

i) Extend the maximum stay time for 'pay and display' parking within all of the previously proposed Zone WD5 shared-use parking bays from 2 to 4 hours. Revised tariff below.

ii) Replace a section of previously proposed single yellow line on the northern side of the southernmost east-west arm of The Green, West Drayton with double yellow lines.

iii) Replace the two previously proposed 'permit holders only' parking places on the northern side of Church Road, West Drayton outside Nos. 28-32 Church Road with a single yellow line, install an extended 'permit holders only' parking place opposite on the southern side of Church Road east of the junction with Church Close.

iv) Reduce the length of the previously proposed 'permit holders only' parking place on the northern side of Church Road, West Drayton outside No. 36 Church Road by 4 metres and replace with a single yellow line.

v) Convert the previously proposed 'permit holders only' parking place on Church Road, West Drayton alongside The Old Gatehouse to a Blue Badge disabled parking bay.

vi) Convert the previously proposed 'permit holders only' parking place on the northern side of Church Road, West Drayton outside The Old Gatehouse and No.14 Church Road to 'shared use permits/pay & display'. Proposed charges shown below.

vii) Convert the previously proposed 'permit holders only' parking place on the eastern side of Swan Road, West Drayton outside Swan Court to 'shared use permits/pay & display'. Proposed charges shown below.

viii) Convert part of the previously proposed 'permit holders only' parking place on Swan Road, West Drayton in front of West Drayton Baptist Church to a Blue Badge disabled parking bay.

ix) Convert the previously proposed 'permit holders only' parking place on the southeastern side of Swan Road, West Drayton outside Nos. 17-19 Swan Road and West Drayton Baptist Church to 'shared use permits/pay & display'. Proposed charges shown below.

x) Extend the existing double yellow lines outside Nos. 20-42 Swan Road, West Drayton northwards past the dropped kerb of No.18 Swan Road.
