This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by David Browne, the Director of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Michelle Weir, of Lameys, One Courtenay Park, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2HD.

The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidators appointed by the members and accordingly, Michelle Anne Weir and Simon Wesley Hicks remain as liquidators of the Company. 2. That a Liquidation Committee will be established. However, in the event that no committee is established creditors are asked to vote on the following decisions:- 3. The approval of the fee for preparing the statement of affairs and for convening the procedure to seek a decision from creditors on the nomination of a liquidator.
