Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above company will be held at 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 3AE on 30 April 2019 at 10.00 am Members and 10.30 am Creditors.

For the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator's acts and dealings of the conduct of the winding up for the year ending 25 March 2019 and having any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend, and vote of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be Member or creditor of the Company.

Proxies for use at either of these meetings must be lodged at 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 3AE no later than 4pm on the day before the Meetings.
