THE A494 TRUNK ROAD (ST DAVID’S PARK INTERCHANGE TO DEESIDE INDUSTRIAL PARK INTERCHANGE, FLINTSHIRE) (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 201-
The Welsh Ministers propose to make an Order in exercise of their powers under section 84(1)(a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the proposed Order will be to impose a permanent 50 mph speed limit on the lengths of the A494 trunk between St David’s Park Interchange and Deeside Industrial Park Interchange described in the Schedule to this Notice. There are 3 temporary 50 mph speed limit Orders (S.I. 2018/72 (W.17)), (S.I. 2018/659 (W.125)) and (S.I 2018/749 (W.146)) currently in place at the above location and these will be revoked in a separate revocation order.
During a period of 21 days from 8 April 2019, a copy of the proposed Order, plan and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal opening hours at Deeside Library, Leisure Centre House, Chester Road E, Queensferry CH5 1SA or may be obtained free of charge from the address below quoting reference number qA1373968.
Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing to Orders Branch, Transport, Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ or by e-mail to TransportOrdersBranch@gov.wales by 29 April 2019. Should you wish to object, support or make representations, we may need to consult with people and organisations outside of the Welsh Government. As part of the process of consulting with others we may pass information to them, including information you have given us and your personal data. We will, however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to enable us to deal with issues you have brought to our attention. If you do not wish for certain personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state why when submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Ministers will copy the representations to the appropriate third parties with the name and address removed and if there is to be a local Public Inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.

SCHEDULE
The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 90 metres west of the centre-point of St David’s Park Interchange to a point 20 metres east of the centre-point of Deeside Industrial Park Interchange.
The lengths of the trunk road eastbound entry slip road and westbound exit slip road at St David’s Park Interchange.
The length of the trunk road westbound entry slip road at Plough Lane Interchange over-bridge that extends from a point 170 metres east of the centre-point of that interchange for its remaining length.
The length of the trunk road westbound exit slip road at Plough Lane Interchange over-bridge that extends from a point 180 metres east of the centre-point of that interchange for its remaining length.
The lengths of the trunk road westbound exit and entry slip roads and eastbound entry slip road at Queensferry Park Interchange.
The length of the trunk road eastbound exit slip road at Queensferry Park Interchange that extends from a point 93 metres west of the centre-point of that interchange for its remaining length.
The lengths of the trunk road eastbound exit slip road and westbound entry slip road at Sealand Road Interchange.
The lengths of the trunk road eastbound exit slip road and westbound entry slip road at Deeside Industrial Park Interchange.
