Hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice I intend to make application to the Ashford Borough for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at:

2. A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at the Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.

Representations

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should make them in writing and send them to the Director of Community Services, Ashford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent TN23 1PL. Representations must be received before two months from the date of this Notice.
