The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing the date 4 April 2019 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Colonel Peter Thomas McCarthy DL, to be Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Renfrewshire.
