UPON the application of Manor Property Group Limited (registered number 00341621) (the "Company") and BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED (the "Petitioner") dated 22 March 2018 (the "Application");

AND UPON reading the witness statement of Duncan Gilmour dated 22 March 2018 and the witness statement of Steven Thomas dated 6 April 2018;

AND UPON the Company's creditors consenting to the Application;

AND UPON Madeleine Jones, Counsel for the Company, and a representative of the Official Receiver appearing;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

(1) The order made by Deputy Judge Prentis on 15 March 2018 on the Petitioner's petition CR-2017-003683 (the "Petition") winding up the Company shall be rescinded;

(2) The Petition shall be dismissed;

(3) The Company shall pay the Petitioner's costs;

(4) The Company shall pay the Official Receiver's costs in the amount of £138.
