Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the trustees of the Davis Langdon LLP Pension Scheme (the “DL Scheme”), which was established on 1 December 1971 (formerly known as the Davis Belfield & Everest 1971 Pension and Life Insurance Scheme and the Davis Langdon & Everest (1990) Pension Scheme), intend to wind up the DL Scheme following a bulk transfer of the DL Scheme’s defined benefit assets and liabilities to the AECOM Group Pension Scheme and a bulk transfer of the DL Scheme’s defined contribution fund values to a Buyout policy with Legal & General.

Any person claiming a beneficial interest in the DL Scheme is requested to send details in writing of their claim or interest in the DL Scheme, including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and date of joining the DL Scheme (if known) to Natalie Georgiou, Pensions Manager, AECOM Ltd, AECOM House, 63-77 Victoria Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3ER before 19 July 2019. After this date the trustees will proceed to wind up the DL Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they had not had notice.

Please note that if you have received correspondence this year in relation to the transfer of your membership from the DL Scheme to the AECOM Group Pension Scheme or to the Buyout policy, you do not need to take any action in respect of this notice.
