“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

“That Mark Bowen (office holder no 8711) of MB Insolvency, 11 Roman Way, Berry Hill, Droitwich, WR9 9AJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 3 June 2019 the appointment of Mark Bowen as Liquidator was confirmed.
