THE QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 1 June 2019 to appoint Gareth Thomas Davies, Esquire, to be Comptroller General of the Receipt and Issue of Her Majesty’s Exchequer and Auditor General of Public Accounts in succession to Amyas Charles Edward Morse, Esquire, who has retired.
