LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
PROPOSED BAN ON RIGHT TURN FROM MANDEVILLE ROAD INTO SAINSBURYS LOCAL STORE CAR PARK
THE EALING (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO. *) TRAFFIC ORDER 2019
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing (“the Council”) proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 29 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to
(a) prohibit vehicles turning right from Mandeville Road into the car park of the Sainsburys Local store 35 Mandeville Road;
(b) compel vehicles from emerging from the car park of the Sainsburys Local store 35 Mandeville Road to turn left in Mandeville Road. This compulsory left turn would not apply to pedal cycles.
3. Enquiries about the proposal can be made by e-mail to trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or by telephoning the Ealing Council Project Engineer on 0208 825 9396.
4. The proposed Order, other documents including plans giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available by either e-mailing trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order.
5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing by e-mail to trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or by post to the Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference ORD 4190/djc until the 28th June 2019. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should state the address of the author.
