NOTICE is hereby given that on 18 June 2019, a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by John Baillie Carpets (Paisley) Limited, having a place of business at 22-30 Greenhill Road, Paisley, PA3 1RN craving the court, inter alia, that John Baillie Carpets (Paisley) Limited (Company Number: SC456542) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 3 July 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Paisley Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and eo die appointed Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, both of Begbies Traynor, 3rd Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company with the powers specified in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; of all of which notice is hereby given.
