In accordance with section 6 of the Plant Health Act 1967, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs hereby gives notice that the Plant Health (England) (Amendment) Order 2019 (SI 2019 No.1070).

This Order comes into force:

On 23rd July 2019 for the purpose specified in article 1(2)

On 1st September for all other purposes
