NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF A SUBMARINE

PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION

The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by ConocoPhillips (U.K.) Limited whose address is 20th Floor, 1 Angel Court, London, England, EC2R 7HJ for the construction and use of a system of pipelines between the Brodgar Manifold and the Brodgar H4 Tree, in connection with the Brodgar field.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 329.7 Millimetre Production pipeline shall only be used to convey Produced fluids and the Umbilical pipeline shall only be used to convey Hydraulics, Scale Inhibitor, Methanol, MEG, Power and Signal.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

ConocoPhillips (U.K.) Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
