NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 21 August 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Certas Energy UK Ltd, trading as Scottish Fuels, a company registered under the Companies Acts and having a place of business at Sheilling House, Glenbervie Business Park, Larbert, FK5 4RB, craving the Court inter alia to order that Interlocked Construction (Scotland) Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC457318) and having its registered office at Office 1, 110 Glasgow Road, Rutherglen, Glasgow, G73 1UU be wound up by the Court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 21 August 2019 appointed any persons claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
