THE PLANT HEALTH (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2019

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Plant Health (Amendment No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019", (S.R. 2019 No. 160), which came into operation on 1 September 2019.

This Order amends the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 (S.R. 2018 No. 184), to implement Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/449, setting out measures in respect of certain fruits originating in third countries to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Phyllosticta citricarpa (McAlpine) Van der Aa; and Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/523 amending Annexes I to V to Council Directive 2000/29 on protective measures against the introduction into and spread within the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products.
