The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing the date 25 June 2019 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Mrs Joan Aileen Whiteford, to be Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Ross and Cromarty.
