Notice is hereby given that on 29 August 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Stephen Walker and Kevin Walker, Directors, craving the Court inter alia, that Walker Gas Services Limited having its office at 40/4 Hardengreen Industrial Estate, Dalkeith, EH22 3NX (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 30 August 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
