We Lord & Lady Ralph Kerr of Melbourne Hall, Church Square, Melbourne, Derby, DE73 8EN hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice we intend to make application to South Derbyshire District Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Melbourne Hall Gardens., Melbourne Hall, Church Square, Melbourne, Derby, DE73 8EN.

A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, Derbyshire, DE11 OAH between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and on the Council's website at www.southderbyshire.gov.uk
