The Queen having been pleased to approve Mr David Jeffery Lockett be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Ross and Cromarty to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during her absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 23 September 2019 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
