The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing the date 19 September 2019 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Mr Gordon Kenneth Stephen Leckie to be Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Perth and Kinross.
