THE QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 19 October 2019 to appoint Sir Andrew John Popplewell, Knight, a Justice of Her Majesty's High Court, to be an Ordinary Judge of the Court of Appeal.
