THE QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 30 October 2019 to confer the dignity of a Barony of the United Kingdom for life upon Harold Mark Carter, C.B., by the name, style and title of BARON CARTER OF HASLEMERE, of Haslemere in the County of Surrey.
