THE QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 4 November 2019, to nominate the Reverend Prebendary Rose Josephine Hudson-Wilkin, B.Phil.(Ed.), Prebendary of Saint Paul’s Cathedral, to be Bishop Suffragan of Dover, in the Diocese of Canterbury and the Venerable Olivia Josephine Graham, B.A., Archdeacon of Berkshire in the Diocese of Oxford, to be Bishop Suffragan of Reading, in the Diocese of Oxford.
