The Estate of the late Kim Riddington formerly of 56 Kibworth Harcourt, Leicestershire, LE8 0NQ, who died insolvent, be administered in bankruptcy and that the costs of this application be costs in the estate. The Petitioner be appointed trustee to administer the estate. The Court is satisfied that the EC Regulation does apply and these are main proceedings as defined in Article 3 of the of the EC Regulation.
