STIRLING MORTIMER GLOBAL PROPERTY FUND PCC LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that in the matter of an application under Part XXI of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 ("the Law") and pursuant to section 374 of the Law, the affairs, business and property of the Company shall be managed jointly and severally by James Robert Toynton and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, Lefebvre House, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3TF ("the Joint Administrators') for the purpose of achieving a more advantageous realisation of the Company's assets than would be affected on a winding up. This order shall take effect from 22 November 2019.

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Administrators before the 23 December 2019 and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Administrators by the above date.
