Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Administrator of the above-named Company (the 'convener') is seeking a decision from creditors on the resolutions contained in the Administrators Proposals by way of a Virtual meeting.

Notice is given by Gerald Irwin that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a Virtual Meeting to be held on 30th December 2019 at 11.30am. The purpose of the Virtual Meeting is to consider the establishment of a Liquidation Committee and if one is not formed, to fix basis of the Liquidator's remuneration.
