TAKE NOTICE that the Director of the Serious Fraud Office (“SFO”) commenced a claim for a civil recovery order on 3 October 2018 in the High Court of Justice, Queen’s Bench Division under the provisions of sections 243 and 266 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (“POCA”) in respect of:

1) the property known as Gorse Hill Manor, Gorse Hill Road, Virginia Water GU25 4AP and surrounding land (title numbers SY665785 and SY670491) held in the name of Rawtenstall International Limited;

2) the property known as 8 Market Mews, London W1J 76Z (title number NGL783615) held in the name of Porchester Industries Limited;

3) the property known as Front Basement Flat, 25 Chesham Place, London SW1X SHG (title number BGL78851) held in the name of Oregon Group Limited;

4) the sum of approximately £10 million and accrued interest held on deposit at Emirates NBD Bank in the name of Rustam Madumarov;

5) the sum of approximately £46,861 and accrued interest held within a Quastel Midgen LLP client account at Coutts & Co Plc;

6) the sum of £5,400 held by Principia Estate and Asset Management; and

7) the sum of £7,512.94 held by Principia Estate and Asset Management / Farrar & Co LLP.

It is alleged by the SFO that the property listed in (1)-(7) above is recoverable property and/or represents recoverable property within the meaning of POCA.
