The Queen having been pleased to approve Major Andrew Duncan Gordon QVRM TD DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Perth and Kinross to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 27 November 2019 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
