1. On 17 December 2019 Serene Furnishings Limited went into administration. Furnish Your Home Limited purchased the assets from Serene Furnishings Limited (in administration) on 17 December 2019. Furnish Your Home Limited subsequently changed its name to Serene Beds and Furniture Limited and as such it hereby gives notice that it intends to trade as "Serene Beds and Furniture Limited" and any derivatives thereof, being a similar name as Serene Furnishings Limited and prohibited names pursuant to section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Tasleem Tasab of 71 Esme Road, Sparkhill, Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom, B11 4NJ (1) and Nadirah Habib of 71 Esme Road, Sparkhill, Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom, B11 4NJ (2) give notice to all creditors of Serene Furnishings Limited that they were Directors and/or involved in the management of Serene Furnishings Limited during the 12 months ending with the day it went into administration and they are intending to and/or will continue to act in one or more ways to which Section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying out of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Serene Furnishings Limited on the day it went into administration through Serene Beds and Furniture Limited formally known as Furnish Your Home Limited trading as "Serene Beds and Furniture Limited" and/or "Serene Furnishings" and/or "Serene Beds" and/or "Serene Beds" and/or "Serene" and/or "Serene Beds and Furniture" and any derivatives thereof.
