The Queen having been pleased to approve that Mrs Caroline Alexandra Patricia Seligman be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Banffshire to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in her favour bearing the date 18 December 2019 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
