NOTICE is hereby given that on 23 January 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Ayr by Luxe Fund and Rosetta Private Equity Fund, Segregated Portfolios of Carlton James Mollitium Offshore Fund Manager Platform SPC, a company registered in the Cayman Islands under number BL-322127 with a Registered Office at c/o Mainstream Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd, 3rd Floor Citrus Grove, Goring Avenue, PO Box 10364, Grand Cayman, KY1-1004, craving the Court inter alia that HGEC Capital Limited (Company number SC591236) having its registered office at 36 Churchill Tower, South Harbour Street, Ayr, KA7 1JT(“the Company”), be placed in Administration under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to have Joint Administrators appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr by Interlocutor dated 23 January 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, and further assigned a hearing on 20 February 2020 at 10am within the Sheriff Court at Ayr, Sheriff Court House, Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 1EE, as a hearing on the petition and ordained any person who wishes to oppose the petition to appear or be represented on that date; all of which notice is hereby given.
