Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in the County Court at Newcastle Upon Tyne by Newcastle City Council of Civic Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 8QH, and the Court has ordered that the sending of a sealed copy of the Bankruptcy Petition, together with a sealed copy of the Order for Substituted Service by first class pre-paid post and by inserting the same through the letterbox of 191 Canning Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE4 8UJ, and by publication in the London Gazette shall be deemed to be good service of the Bankruptcy Petition upon you. The Bankruptcy Petition will be heard at Newcastle Civil & Family Courts and Tribunal Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 8QF on 17 March 2020 at 10.00 am (or as soon as the Bankruptcy Petition can be heard).

Important: If you do not attend the hearing of the Bankruptcy Petition, the Court may make a Bankruptcy Order against you in your absence.
