By written resolutions of the sole shareholder, on 3 February 2020 at 21 Main Road, Knysna Central, Knysna 66571, South Africa at 4 p.m. the following resolutions were passed: no. 1 as special resolution and no. 2 as an ordinary resolution:

1 That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2 That Barry O’Donnell of Harbinson Mulholland, Centrepoint, 24 Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, BT2 8HS be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up.
