NOTICE is hereby given that on 19 December 2019 an application was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Livingston by West Lothian Council to recall the award of sequestration awarded by the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Livingston on 9 August 2019 in respect of Zach Gillon Campbell Cockburn, residing at 50 Jardine Place, Bathgate, West Lothian, EH48 4GU; in which application the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Livingston by interlocutor dated 6th February 2020 inter alia appointed notice of the presentation of the application to be published in the Edinburgh Gazette and appointed all persons claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Livingston Sheriff Court, Civic Centre, Livingston, West Lothian within 14 days after such intimation, service and advertisement, all of which Notice is hereby given.
