Pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 ("the order") a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held on 11 March 2020 at 12:30 pm in Unit 6, Lagan House, 1 Sackville Street, Lisburn BT27 4AB.

The purpose of the meeting, pursuant to Articles 85 to 87 of the Order, is to consider the statement of affairs of the Company to be laid before the meeting, to appoint a Liquidator and, if the creditors think fit, to appoint a Liquidation Committee.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at JT Maxwell, UUnit 6, Lagan House, 1 Sackville Street, Lisburn BT27 4AB no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting. Proofs may be lodged at any time prior to voting at the creditors meeting. A list of the names and addresses of the Company's creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at Unit 6, Lagan House, 1 Sackville Street, Lisburn BT27 4AB at the above address between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting stated above.
