NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF FINAL MEETING OF CREDITORS

AND IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of considering the following resolutions:

1. That the Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receives her release.

3. That the Liquidator has the power to destroy books & records of the company 15 months after the final meeting.

In the absence of a quorum or any objections to the contrary, the liquidator will deem that the resolutions listed above have been accepted by default.

The meeting will be held on 9 April 2020 at 10:30 am at PKF-FPM Accountants Ltd, 1-3 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GA.
