THE LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON FOOTPATH NUMBERS 522073 – 168312 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2020

The above Order made on 2nd April 2020, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them a footpath from Rookwood Avenue at grid reference 522091 - 168311 in a north westerly direction for approximately 18.4 metres to its intersection with PRoW 48 at grid reference 522073 - 168312 as shown on the map attached to this Order. The whole path is constructed of loose compacted material surface and the width of the route is approximately 3.0 metres widening to 8.0 metres at its intersection with PRoW 48.

A copy of the Order and map may be seen free of charge at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX from 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays other than Bank or other public holidays

Copies of the Order and map may be bought at the price of £5

Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Head of Legal Services (ref. L/HB/525-113) South London Legal partnership Gifford House 67c St Helier Avenue Morden SM4 6HY not later than 5th May 2020 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made

If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn Merton London Borough Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it
