The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Total E&P UK Limited whose address is 18th Floor, 10 Upper Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5BF for the construction and use of a pipeline system between the Forvie North Tree and the Forvie Manifold.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 43.2mm Electrical Cable shall only be used to convey Electrical/Signal; the 29.2mm Electrical Cable Jumpers shall only be used to convey Electrical/Signal; the 83mm Electrical Umbilical shall only be used to convey Electrical/Signal and the 29.2mm Electrical Umbilical Jumpers shall only be used to convey Electrical/Signal.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

Total E&P UK Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
